Our fees for couple's therapy depend on the type of service you require. Please contact our office so that we can help you determine which service and fee best suits your needs.
Fees are payable by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, or Mastercard at each visit.
Workshop fees can be found on our programs and workshops page.
Our services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your insurance provider directly to determine if you are eligible for coverage by either a Registered Psychologist or a Registered Psychotherapist. We do not do direct billing at this time.
CANCELLATION & Credit card POLICY
When you schedule an appointment with one of our therapists, we commit to reserving that time for you and only you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of time. We require a credit card number at the time of scheduling your first appointment in order to reserve your time slot. Your credit card information will be stored securely and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full session rate.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
If you're unable to attend your appointment at the last minute due to an emergency, your therapist will assess whether it is appropriate to waive the cancellation fee.
Our cancellation policy is intended to respect both our clients and our therapists, whose time and commitment are incredibly valuable to us.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our Client Care Specialist is available Monday-Thursday (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) and Fridays (9 a.m.-3 p.m.). Each therapist has their own unique schedule; in general, daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available. As well, both in-person and online (video) sessions are available.
