Practitioners set their own fees which may vary based on their credentials, experience, and specific services provided. Across our team, fees for couples psychotherapy and counselling services range from $125-$175/hour and fees for supervised psychological services* range from $175-$225/hour.
Exact fees are viewable on each therapist’s bio, available through the Our Team page. Our Client Care Team will also confirm your therapist’s fees with you during the intake process.
Fees are payable by debit, debit Visa, debit MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, or Mastercard at each visit.

insurance
Our services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your insurance provider directly to determine if you are eligible for coverage by either a Registered Psychologist or a Registered Psychotherapist. We do not do direct billing at this time.
CANCELLATION & Credit card POLICY
When you schedule an appointment with one of our therapists, they commit to reserving that time for you, and you commit to paying for the reservation of their time. We require a credit card number at the time of scheduling your first appointment in order to reserve your time slot. Your credit card information will be stored securely and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full session rate.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
If you're unable to attend your appointment at the last minute due to an emergency, your therapist will assess whether it is appropriate to waive the cancellation fee.
Our cancellation policy is intended to respect both our clients and our therapists, whose time and commitment are incredibly valuable to us.

Our Client Care Team is available Monday-Friday (10 a.m.-8 p.m.). Each therapist has their own unique schedule. Please ask our Client Care Team for more information.
